How we work

Our company is a compact expert organization. For more than 30 years, our number of employees has been 10–20 people. The size class fits our way of working. Our strategy includes strengthening and dividing the core organization according to the requirements of the current work situation. In this we use the services of our strategic partners.

Our company’s combined quality and management system is a collection of rules that govern all our operations. Their basic principles have remained the same since the beginning. Our organization operates both as a whole and divided into teams working on different projects in the same way, guided by the principles of problem solving and information sharing based on continuous dialogue. The last guarantor of the correctness of the methods of operation and the quality of work is the top management of the company.

Wide-ranging expertise in marine technology

Our company has a human face. Our owners are SME entrepreneurs who are personally, with their own daily work, responsible for the company’s operations towards all stakeholders.

We are used to the fact that we are required to have extensive expertise in marine technology, both theoretically and practically. On-the-job learning is a key part of our operations. The professionalism of our personnel grows project by project through cooperation in practical work as well as individual study and information retrieval.
