We use one centralized register that contains personal data: the customer register. Access to the data in this register is only available to those persons employed by ILS Oy who need them in their work duties. The privacy policy of the register can be found below. In general, all contacts with us are handled responsibly and confidentially.
General characterization of our online services
The use of our website does not require registration at any point. We do not use roaming cookie information to target our advertisements to third-party services on the basis that the user has visited our service. Our marketing philosophy is moderate and gentlemanly in nature. The main purpose of our website is to provide information about our services and our industry to everyone interested.

Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data
The purpose of processing personal data is to manage and develop the customer relationship between the controller and the customer, to prepare or implement a contract, to invoice, to carry out marketing, to analyse and compile statistics, and for other similar purposes. Personal data is processed within the limits permitted and required by personal data legislation.
Data content of the register
The register may contain the following information: contact information such as name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, rank or profession, information concerning the customer relationship, such as billing and payment information, order information, customer feedback and contacts, information related to the implementation of communications and marketing.
Regular sources of information
As a rule, information about the customer is obtained from the customer himself either through personal meetings, telephone, e-mail, internet or social media or other similar means, or through our own intelligence activities, for example, from the Internet and various public registers.
Regular disclosure of data and transfer of data outside the EU or the European Economic Area
Data will not be transferred or disclosed outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
Data retention period
Personal data is stored and processed for as long as is necessary for the purpose of processing the personal data.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to check the data stored in the register concerning him or her. Contacts concerning the right of access should be made by e-mail to kristian.lehtonen@ils.fi. The request for information shall be replied to within one month.
If there are errors in the registered data, the data subject may present the following information: to the e-mail request regarding the correction of the error. In addition, the data subject may request the complete deletion of his or her data from the register.
The data subject also has the right to prohibit the controller from processing data concerning him or her for marketing purposes.
Principles of register protection
Only those employees who have the right to process customer data on behalf of their work are entitled to use the system containing customer data. The data is stored on our own server in databases that are protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical means. The security of our server is taken care of by an experienced service provider.
